15 years ago I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. The Doctor thought it was the slow growth kind. He told me that I could have it removed or wait and see if it grew. I had lost a friend with Prostate Cancer a week or two earlier so I was scared, I said lets get it out. The Doctor set a date for an operation. I came home and thought about it and decided to get a second opinion. The second Doctor told me not to have an operation, but to keep checking on it. I went once a month for the first year, every other month for the next year and by the third year I was going every six months.
